1. Who We Are
FacelessHub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website facelesschannel.net and provides SaaS tools for YouTube content creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture obtained via Google OAuth when you sign in.
- Payment information — billing details are processed by Creem (our payment processor). We store only your subscription status and plan level; we do not store credit card numbers.
- YouTube data — when you use the YouTube Translator tool, we access your YouTube channel data (video titles, descriptions) via the YouTube Data API solely to perform the translation service. We do not store your video content.
- Usage data — we track daily tool usage counts (e.g., number of generations) to enforce plan limits. This data resets daily.
- Log data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes.
